Ep. 180: Pay for Performance and the Team Member Contract

Today we’re talking about team and team leader performance, and more specifically how the role of PFP, Pay for Performance, comes into play. Andrew Amrhein,  Director of Finance and Sr. Business Coach, brought this topic to the podcast table after hearing this come up in his conversations with Summit Members in various discussions over the last several months.
