For people trying to climb onto the property ladder, the recent growth in residential property prices is creating unwelcome challenges.

HomeStart is a South Australian Government organisation that provides home loans for South Australians. The aim is to help more South Australians into home ownership through a range of low deposit loans, shared equity and other measures for people including graduates, seniors and low-income earners.
