Steve & Dale - This relationship needs explaining - before we go back to Sep 2019

My 4th Podcast "co-host" - Dale Robson - as we meet again - to "re-introduce" ourselves - before the material we share.

Dale and I met in 2010, through our work - I will leave the details of that to the podcasts to come. He was leader and coachee and I was coach, on various leadership and org development assignments.

He's been an engineer, a PM, an operational leader, and now change agent - and is a great person to be around. Light, fun and engaging, while also a man of real intention, and full of rigour and curiosity, in doing the thinking - and feeling - to enable others - me included.

We have become real partners - collaborators - peers - sparring together. So much so, that he and I experimented with podcasting together in a hotel room in September 2019 - way before I was ready to be here now.  We will share what we made then - and now - but first - we meet again.
