Becky has been a guest before (Season 1 - Episode 20) where we talked about the healing of humor.  She is a remarkable person with a tremendous spirit.  I think you will discover as I did that you feel like you've known her for years as a good friend. 

In this episode Becky and I discuss a new venture she started that is aimed at helping folks going through challenges in their life, cancer or otherwise, and for those acting as care givers.   She has started sharing with others the joy and value of journeling.  She provides tools through her Amazon account that are excellent tools to help folks get started or to continue journeling.  She also shares her future plans for other resources that will help those being challenged and those helping them.  These plans include include a children's book to help them deal with challenges their loved ones are facing.
