On Ordinary Observations this week Mark & Jack once again join in on K103 live day, this time to discuss a varied history of using animals to predict the future. Germany correspondent Mark recounts the story of Paul the Octopus, who caught the world's attention for a string of accurate predictions during the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Jack takes a historical look at the way animals always seem to behave in strange ways before a terrible natural disaster occurs and asks 'Do they know something they aren't telling us?' Mark tries to convince us that a sheep named Sonny Wool could somehow foresee the All Blacks winning a handful of rugby matches. Jack takes investment advice from a parrot. All this before we conclude with a fat rodent and his shadow. Listen in for a laugh this time on Ordinary Observations.
