I’m stepping back from day-to-day in one of my companies so I can focus on two things that actually move the needle: growing the channel and buying a UK business. In this short update I explain why trying to juggle too many projects doesn’t work without a big team, how I’m simplifying and what to expect next (more consistent content, clearer direction). I also touch on selling older ventures, including my Dubai setup, to double down on what matters.
