Carl Baker has written a book named "Broken Sunshine" about his problems that he had when his older brother got Alzheimer's.  Carl a former law enforcement offer for 40 year ran into trouble in getting help for his brother.

In today's show we do not cover the case, which you can read about in the book.  Instead we talk about the system in Florida that is supposed to protect the ward of the state and family.  Carl talks about what families need to do.
