I sat down with the rockstar teacher, Ben Ruegg. Ben is no stranger to the music scene in NZ from playing in his band Anything But Federal in 1996 to now releasing music in his band Channeled and his solo projecg Ben Ruegg. Ben and I covered a variety of subjects to Ben's influences, early beginnings, religion, and overcoming huge life obstacles on the way. This one is a banger!
