Has a nice chat with Chad about his upcoming Scottdale 5k/10k that he Co Race Directs. We covered everything you can think of about it, including its history, where the race may go in the future, even how he got involved in the race and Fall festival.

Also dove into Chad's Athletic history and the activities he enjoys now such as biking, running, unicycling and juggling. It was very nice to catch up with him.

Gave a few tips on biking along the road that are very useful to anyone who uses a bike.

He volunteers on the Coal and Coke Trail which is a rail trail that goes from Mt. Plesant to Scottdale.

Its going to be interesting to watch him in the coming years as he wants to find his bodies limits and hes not afraid to dnf when finding that limit, so it will be neat to see how far how he can go.
