S4E64 Path Of The Flood 5k Recap

Not a good day for me. Finished 5th overall in 19:10.35. My worst placement finish I believe I've had at these races over the years. I usually do the longer distances each year but this year opted for the shorter. Was sick all week so I didnt run at all, so knew I was gonna do bad. Even this morning didnt feel that great. It showed in my time. Did lose sometime because people got in my way on the trail section, but mainly was my fault today.
