S4E42 Trooper Kenton Iwaniec 5k

This race is held at St Vincent College in Latrobe, PA where the Pittsburgh Steelers have training camp. Always a fun race. its been a couple years since ive been able to participate. I finished 1st overall in the 5k with a time of 17:49.3. Was chilly i think 34 degrees when I pulled in. manged to stay warm. Always a  good crowd. Finished way better time wise then I expected. heck if I really pushed Id been in low 17s. Legs felt good whole time never burnt up and i was able to breathe pretty well even in the colder temps. Had a good 20 seconds at the 1st turn around then solid 40+ second at the second.
