#42 Storytime with Selina: All about LOVE <3 (Happy Valentines Day)

Happy Valentines Day!!! 

I love Valentine's Day! And I always have!!! I simply love LOVE!!!! I agree that we should be celebrating love all year round and telling the people we love that we love them despite a holiday!  But it is a month when we can remind ourselves about the love around us. It's all about REFRAMING the way you look at things! 

Don't forget to tell the people that you love, that you love them!! Hug them!! Make it known how you feel about others because no one can read your brain!

I also shared very little about my SELF-LOVE JOURNEY and how you can start others 

• Roller coaster 
• Love yourself first 
• Fill your own cup, and let them fall in love with the overflow 
• Looks different for everyone! You need to figure out what works for you!
• Stop comparing yourself 
• Ask yourself questions: 
  • What do I enjoy?
  • What fulfills me?
  • When am I the happiest?
• Start doing more things you love 
• Making space for all the parts of myself! Befriending all parts of yourself! 
• Positive affirmation
