Leadership with R.D. Saunders

R.D. Saunders’ first leadership experiences were in music and church ministry. In 2002, when R.D. began to serve as an Associate Trainer for EQUIP, he saw firsthand the needs of the global community. This led him to leave the pastoral world and to lead Network of Caring, a global charity dedicated to helping the neediest people on earth. In his current role, with EQUIP and the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation, R.D.’s background in the charitable and church worlds, combined with the leadership and communication skills he has shared with thousands of businesspeople globally through speaking engagements, gives him a valuable perspective to oversee our funding strategy. R.D. is a gifted communicator and creative thinker who brings passion and innovation to all he does. He has two sons and lives with his wife Shelli in Buford, GA.
