Coachability and success with Laura Infante

I was born and raised in Mexico in a very small town  in the North Side of the country. I am  oldest  of 3 children from two very hard-working parents. I started my entrepreneurship journey very young since my parents had very limited resources, therefore at the age of 12 got into selling anything you can think of, from thrift store clothing to jewelry  in order  pay my way through high school. 

Finally, I decided to apply for a scholarship to attend the best (and most expensive) University in Mexico to take Business! I studied and worked 2 to 3 jobs during my 5 years’ career  and when I  finally graduated in 2018 decided to move to Canada at the age of 21 knowing ZERO English but what I did know is that I wanted a better life! 

I started my glamourous career in Canada cleaning Warehouses!! and from there the adventure begun! I developed a career in HR/Training and Development out of my passion for coaching and training people, at the same time I explored many business ventures  as a young entrepreneur in the construction area, commercial cleaning and even in the food industry, however, helping and developing people has always being my passion.

For the last 6 years my husband and I have been able to build an incredible team of financial advisors all over the Canada and the US . My husband and I get to build this incredible team and business together every day and enjoy coaching and leading the new generation of leaders in our industry. 

We are the proud parents of 2 beautiful boys, a 5 and 8 years old who  have  given us the opportunity to grow incredible and have  also allowed us to help other entrepreneurs ride the crazy journey of parenthood and entrepreneurship in an era where parents specially moms are constantly bombarded with demanding expectations, busy agendas, and lots of mommy guilt! 

My biggest passion is to use my God given talents to help others  by  providing encouragement, personal mentorship,  and inspiration through my  story to young entrepreneurs specially immigrants and women.  I  love sharing my journey,  especially  the battles I have faced since I strongly believe PAIN leads to  PURPOSE!  And  if I can inspire,  support,  and encourage  someone through my story then those TESTS can become my TESTIMONY for many others to believe they can overcome!!
