Coxing, Cancer, and a CBE? Sitting down with Erin and Sam Kennedy. The power couple of the Cancer world!

In this Episode I chat to Erin and Sam Kennedy. Erin is a Cox for Team GB, a 2x Paralympic Rowing Champion and somewhat of a celebrity in the rowing world. Sam is a celebrity in his own right and is the nicest human ever. I do liken him to Pedro Pascal but Sam didn't know who that was so what a wasted compliment... Anyway, Erin was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in 2022 just 6 months after me. We chat all things rowing, the importance of exercise during and after cancer, and what it's like dealing with a love ones diagnosis.

We also talk about how nerdy we were at school as me and Erin go wayyyy back to the days of secondary school.
