Our story is the narrative of our lives. We have stories for each area of our life, explaining why we have or don't have the results we want, as well as, why things are the way they are. The bread and butter is that we are the authors of our story. While it may seem like "Pollyanna" and that you're only focusing on the positive and not acknowledging your feelings, it is quite the contrary. it is extremely important to acknowledge what we're feeling, so long as we don't make our selves the victim. The intention here is to feel what you're feeling, while also realizing that there are two sides to the coin. While it may be challenging to find the counter weight, it is always there.
