I remember hearing Tony Robbins say that, "most people over estimate what they can accomplish in a day and underestimate what they can get done in a year". The reason is that when we think of change, we thing it has to be big and all at once. It's like going to an all you can eat buffet and trying to fill your plate with everything on your first pass. You forget that you try everything and go up as many times as you'd like. This is true of life. We look at a goal. take strides to obtain it, but give up because we've taken on more than we can handle. Success starts small and speeds up with the power of compounding returns.
