What is the secret to living longer? The first answer is likely to come to mind is exercise and a healthy diet, but what if I told you that the way to add more years to your life was to add more life to your years? When we set a goal that excites and fills us with emotional juice, it gives us access to our "life" reserves, while simultaneously opening the reservoir for more of that precious life energy to flow in.
