What would each category of your life look like if you gave 100% to it? Said differently, what if you played full out? This could be a triggering question for some, as you may realize you have been deluding yourself. Don't feel bad if this is you. It is a good place to be in, because the truth shall set you free. List out the different areas of your life and next to each category write in the percentage you've been playing/how much you've been committed to improving that area.
Write down the results you've gotten from playing at this level.
What if you played at 100%? What would your life look like for each category?
What actions would you have to take?
How would you feel at this level?
