Find an Excuse - Choosing Self Empowerment

Excuses come in two forms. They can either empower us or disempower us. The choice is yours, because at any given time, all options are available. The distinguishing factor is where you're putting your focus and attention.  

• What is something that you've said you wanted?
• Based on how you feel today, are you moving towards it or away?
• Where have you been putting your focus (why it won't work vs why it will)?
• What proof can you find in your experience that you're moving forward and things are unfolding in your favor?
