When you die, as we all will, how do you want people to remember you? What will they say about how you lived your life? This can serve as the ultimate litmus test to see what direction you're headed, so that you can course correct. Let these words be your guide as to how to live this day going forward.

Questions to ponder:

• How do you want people to remember you/the way you lived?
• Where have you been placing your "interest"?

Assignment: 

• 3x a day ask yourself, "What have I been interested in (where are you putting your focus)?
• Notice what emotions are you feeling.
• Where do you need to put your "interest"? (the finish line vs. the car crash)
• By doing so, -putting interest there, how will you feel?
