We've all beat ourselves up for not behaving a "certain way", but what if the excessive behavior was actually a way of realigning? What I want you to realize is that engaging in negative self talk doesn't fix a behavior, it reinforces it. When you allow yourself to go through the motions, you naturally realign or hit a breaking point, where the only option left is to correct.
