There is an intelligence within you that knows the answers. This is sometimes called your "gut" and it is there to serve you whenever you need it. All you need to do is ask. In this episode we'll cover a simple method of feeling out those decisions and courses of action, when fear is getting in the way.

Body Intelligence Exercise:

  1. Take an area of your life and write down all the all of the options/paths available to you.
  2. Go through each line item, reading it aloud, and check in with your body. Notice how each item feels in the body:
    • Joy/Fear
    • Expansion/Contraction
    • Liberation/Suffocation
  3. (Extra. Credit) Take action on one of the feel good items.
