Rolayo Emmanuel is a Medical Parasitologist in Nigeria who studies neglected tropical diseases such as trypanosomiasis and onchocerciasis. She discusses her observations of season and climate changes in the parasite and it tse tse fly host, challenges with safety and education, and the need for additional diagnostic tools in the field.
