On this edition of OTR LIVE Eric and Erika catch up on Erika's recent trip to Colorado to run in the Revel Rockies. She shares here race experience with us and some other parts of her trip. We both touch up on the Hollis Fast 5k that we ran with other friends of the pod Nicole, Justine and Jaye on a wicked fast downhill course.
