We Are Back! After some well deserved time off, Eric and Erika are officially back for a full episode together. We spent a good amount of time catching up in the tros while also bringing you a fun interview with Partick Caron (13:35). One of New Englands elite ultra runners and the founder of Move Free. Patrick shares with us his stories and time spent on the trails, setting FKT's, winning ultras, experiencing the Boston Marathon and his pure joy for running.
We end the pod with a long chat about the past few weeks that everyone has missed out on, including many races Erika attended and a couple camping trips Eric with on with the family.
