Fresh off the Total Image Running 10 miler and 10k Eric and Erika jump on the Pod for a fun recap of the events leading up to and during the race. This was Erika's first time directing a race and there was a lot to digest. From panning a race without the ideal amount of time to post race clean up, we talk about it all, including some of the more stressful times on race morning.
