Our 4th episode during our Breast Cancer Awareness Month episodes we're joined by Angela Pohl (17:00). Angela was so much fun to talk to we went really long and decided split her interview into two parts. Part 1 focuses on her battle with breast cancer, and part two that will come out next week is packed with some great running stories that you'll all enjoy! 

Eric and Erika open up the podcast talking about the past weekends 5k for Jaye that raised $5,344 dollars for Jaye and her family to help them as Jaye continues to kick cancers ass! Thank you everyone who came out, ran either there or virtually and supported the 5k for Jaye. We feel very fortunate to be a small part of it and part of this running community!
