Fresh off last weeks Ultra we got right back into the Ultra Marathon Talk with our guest, Mikala Shremshock (7:00). Mikala who has run just 11 - 100 milers (not a big deal) details a few of her races from Eastern States to winter ultras while pulling a sled through snowmobile country. Hear about her do's and don'ts, her distaste for pickles and her experience finally achieving a goal to break tape in a race but the sacrifices she had to make to get there.
