We will all experience times when peace seems to elude us, where it feels out there somewhere rather than within. Often, this is the result of our not wanting to experience what is in front of us, or fearing something to come. As long as we turn away when we are to turn toward, or hold tightly to that which we are to hold loosely, we suffer, and our peace fades into the murk of confusion.
Join me today as we look closely at how clinging and aversion create suffering, and how we can practice meeting the present with more presence, which then paves the way for inner peace.
Thank you for being here.
A deep bow,
