In this fourth episode, co-hosts Tom & Andy talk about how Andy went about putting in place a treatment plan. 

They cover how the practicalities of reaching the conclusion, cry hysterically with laughter at one of the worst procedures Andy had to go through, and just reflected on how much more positive Andy felt once he was ‘the man with the plan’.
