The NHL and NBA seasons are now on the benches till next season and The Baseballs are flying in the air (Tuesday, June, 20, 2023.)

It's Summertime and with the NBA and NHL 2022-2023 seasons now officially over with it's time for the offseason to begin going into overdrive as The Vegas Golden Knights and Denver Nuggets get ready for a much needed rest after celebrating their championship victories over the Florida Panthers and the Miami Heat.

On today's show we break down how our weeks went plus breaking down some of the offseason news that's already been breaking in the NHL and NBA while both leagues seasons were in the final rounds of their playoffs
