It all started operating a teleprompter in local TV news. Today, Mike Ladisa, is part of network news and weather coverage of some of the biggest stories...from hurricanes to elections. In the meantime, this photojournalist, director and producer has managed to build his production business, Kylight Cinema, from the ground up near his Florida home.
