7: Giving yourself Grace

An episode with the realness of forgiving yourself. Being kind to yourself is something that we as humans have a super hard time doing, and I felt the need to talk about it. In light of recent events; I have had a hard time giving myself grace and understanding. This was a conversation I had to have with myself, even though it was hard.
