29: I hate the term "girl boss"

This is one that has gotten under my skin for years, and the real ones know that it bothers the living EVERYTHING outta me. A few side tangents and a wrap around to why respect in relationships is different than in business - we get to the nitty gritty of work relationships and respect in the industry as a woman.
