Dr. Santo D. Marabella, The Practical Prof®, is your workplace advisor and teacher. An author, playwright and screenwriter, consultant and college professor, Marabella shares his experience about workplace matters, caregiving and thought-filled arts and entertainment. He will discuss challenges and success in the workplace around people centered issues such as empathy, authenticity, integrity and mindfulness and others that promote his philosophy, "Manage with a Heart, in ways that feed the Spirit!" Marabella, a professor of management at Moravian College, holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (Villanova University) an MBA (St. Joseph's University) and a DSW - doctor of social work (University of Pennsylvania). His professional memberships include the Academy of Management, the National Association of Social Workers, the Dramatists Guild of America, The Lambs®. His newspaper column, "Office Hours" has been featured in the Reading Eagle Business Weekly since 2012. ENJOY!
