We are excited to bring OYF back after a much needed break for  reorganization and taking care of other requirements. Sandy unfortunately had to go through emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction caused by a hernia. 

Carlos talks about his new EI workshop/course and he's self-publishing an ebook on emotional intelligence in the dental workplace. His goal is to help make workplaces happier, more productive and more emotionally intelligent.
