In this episode Chad and Rob discuss the verdict on the Diddy trial and that he was denied bail but has justice truly been served? As we reminisce about the changing music industry, Chad talks about how we were able to listen to music in the 80s was limited to radio stations and cassette tapes unlike today where there are so many options and instant gratification. The discussion changes to the use and misuse of AI in making pictures and even people for videos.
Rob begins to talk about a bail bond skip that they had to find that they name "Batman" because of the similarity of his real name. They quickly begin to work on locating Batman when they get the forfeiture. When they call the cosigner they are told that Batman hasnt been seen in weeks and have no idea where he might be. The guys go to the last known address and look around for clues. The guys find out that the house is trashed and no sign of Batman. Chad notices that Batman sells various items on Facebook marketplace and finds other people of interest. After some social media investigation Chad finds a person in common with someone he knows and reaches out to her to discuss helping contact Batman. This person agrees to help and quickly contacts Batman and arranges a meeting between the two at a local pharmacy store front. Chad gets a call and quickly gets across to intercept Batman's intended meeting.
As the episode concludes Chad and Rob mention their upcomming podcast for the NCBAA yearly confrence in Greensboro and how they would like to hear the stories from other bail bondsmen across the state.
