Over the years, I have met so many people who are genuinely committed to getting results, but they just haven't been able to. In many cases they have already been to several different trainers, and often have spent thousands of dollars to no avail. 

If you can relate, or know someone who can, you want to listen. I'm going to point out what is lacking in the vast majority of these cases.
