34: Setting the tone instead of being a mirror.

People sometimes treat us not the exact way we want to be treated, whether it’s bc their personality rubs us the wrong way, or they’re in a bad mood, or maybe they're frustrated and flat out rude.  We then have a choice, stoop to their level and mirror how they treat us. Or set the tone and respond in kindness in spite of how they treat us.  Today’s episode is all about this, Addi and I are discuss what exactly mirroring is, the different types of mirroring, why we do it, and tips on how to prevent doing it.
