The year may be coming to a close but we still have a few events left to the year! The main event covered in this episode is the Frosty Half Marathon in Raynham, MA that Kay, Mike, and Nancy ran. Shortly after there is an interview with Frank Donaghy who is the president of the Colonial Road Runners.
