Alternative 3: The Elites Secret Space Program

Do the elites have a secret space program? What are they doing with it? Alternative 3 was a "TV show" in 1977 but was it actually predictive programming? Why is there so much talk about colonies on Mars? Are they preparing for a great escape from earth? Are they currently building it or are they already there. This is beyond science fiction!
