In a world where is becoming so difficult to have confrontations around emotional needs and wants, confrontations where we can feel safe to be our authentic self, expressing our ideas and perspective, I believe it's a must to start understanding why. Why is it so difficult to have healthy and respected confrontations? It's not only a resolution conflict things, it starts from our bodies unconscious emotional reactions. It begins from our survival mechanism, it starts from our unconscious trauma response.
