68. Having Difficult Conversations with your Kids

On this episode we go in depth with our experience and some Do’s and Don’ts for having a difficult conversation with the kids.  It is important to have a plan before sitting down with your kids and we give you some things to consider:

-Timing, when to wait and how to prepare

-Some common and not so common questions kids will ask and how to answer them

-Ways to stay positive

-How to help your kids through this time
