Vicky Mirceta - Stress and Competing

Around about this time last year, I spoke to the lovely Vicky Merceta about prep, stress management and what she has learned along the years with competing and balancing life being a mum. Vicky Merceta is a powerlifter, coach and an athletic bodybuilding champion too!
