We are joined once again by Lauren Heney, and in honor of her birthday we are discussing Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. Always a fun watch, and at the time of its release, the reawakening of the true adventure film, this first installment introduces us to our main players whom we follow through the next two movies... maybe the fourth, but we definitely don't talk about the fifth. Luc Londe reveals (perhaps too much) of his real life pirating days in the Caribbean and tries to steer us around some of the pirate myths that have stuck around.
