We interviewed the band "The Theorists" a pop/punk/emo band based in New York. In this podcast we discuss the therapy of music and the changes it can and does make on ones mind over time. We also chat a bit about the Philosopher Alan Watts, anxiety, self sabotage and the reality of nicotine addiction. At age 23-David is making a go of a dream and we hope to help him excel.
