The Earth has really seen it all; historically all sorts of things have almost destroyed our species, at least dozens just in the past couple hundred years. Most of them have been either natural disasters, man-made accidents, or false alarms during our Mutually Assured Destruction period. But this week the boys will talk about two occasions in the past century when a very small handful of people have held the world's fate in their hands and were not certain what the outcome would be.
And if those things don’t end the world, they’ll explore how social media may (or may not!) be doing it to our children.
