Since we don’t know the answer to that question, we instead discuss the origins of leap year, how it’s evolved over the centuries, and some interesting nuances from the calendars that preceded and supported leap year. Look, it’s effectively a free day for you this month, what better way to fill it than with some good ol’ nonsense from Nonsense?
