Wide-End, set in the West of the Capitol Sada Emedu in the weeks and months after the start of the rebellion. As the old wealth and power holders become less secure in their futures and, the downtrodden and forgotten seek new opportunities to rise- they collide and coalesce around the wealthy borough of Wide-End.
These events occur before the arrival of the Barque in 1: The Orillian Regiment & 1: The Steg.
